The free trial
Two months free, or a hundred briefs. Whichever comes first.
Most trials are sized in calendar days, which is useless if you are still ramping up. Ours is sized to the thing you actually care about, which is briefs received. If you fill your trial with real client work in three weeks, you convert in three weeks. If you are building slowly, you get the full two months. Either way you have seen the product do its job before you pay for it.
Why we ask for a card
So the trial rolls into a subscription on its own. No expired-trial dead end, no re-entering your details, and no artist losing a printed QR code because a card was never on file.
Nothing is charged on day one
Your first invoice arrives when the trial ends, and not before.
You will not be surprised
We email you at 90 briefs, roughly three days before a time-based trial end, and again the moment your subscription goes live. Your dashboard shows days left and briefs used the whole way through.
Referrals
Bring another artist. You both get a free month.
Every account comes with a referral code. When an artist signs up with it and puts a card on file, you both get a month free. No purchase required, no waiting for their first invoice to clear. Referrals stack: five artists is five free months, applied one per billing cycle. And because a referred artist gets their free month on top of the two-month trial, the artist you bring effectively gets three months free.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal in your settings, with no phone call and no retention flow. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is tax included in the $20?
No. The price is $20/month CAD and applicable taxes are added at checkout based on where you are, so the total on your invoice will be slightly higher.
I run a studio. Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Today each artist has their own account, their own QR code, and their own inbox at $20/month CAD each, which keeps briefs going to the right artist. If you are running a larger shop and want to talk about it, email us.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your dashboard shows a paywall and your public link tells clients you are not currently accepting briefs. Nothing is deleted. Printed QR codes and Instagram links keep working, and if you reactivate you come back to the same link, the same QR code, and all of your past briefs.
What actually ends the free trial?
Whichever comes first: 60 days, or the hundredth client brief. The brief count is enforced the moment a consultation is submitted, so if the hundredth lands on day 12, billing starts on day 12.
